"Amazing! This was my first "accident" that has happened. My car got chained to be pulled out of snow. They hooked my car up incorrectly and pulled my spring out. I called my insurance company and he was so helpful. Very calm and understood this was my first time encountering something like this. He took it into his own hands and called the company who did the damage. And he set it up to where I dont have to pay for anything. And he consistently kept checking to make sure if the car was being properly handled. I would recommend this man to everyone. Took a lot of stress out of a stressful situation!"
